You can return products in these cases:
1) if you receive a defective product
2) if you receive different products from the ones you ordered.
3) in case the size of the product is not suitable for you
4) in case you want to replace a product you received, which is not defective, with another for personal reasons.
In our effort to avoid any kind of misunderstanding or dissatisfying service we would like to inform you that both every product and its packaging are photographed before shipping. If asked by the client, the photos can be sent to you via e mail.
In case that a defective item is not due to bad use, you will have to contact with MADNESS ACCESSORIES (either via e mail to email@example.com
or phone) within 24 hours from receiving the package and send us via e mail a photo of the product in the condition you have received it.
No return will be accepted, unless you inform first MADNESS ACCESSORIES department by phone or email.
In case of return of a defective product because of manufacturer’s mistake, you can choose whether you would like to receive a refund of your money or purchase other product(s) of the same value. Also the alternative of a gift card of the same value is possible.
THE ABOVE DOES NOT APPLY TO OUR PRODUCTS ON OFFER.
HANDMADE GOODS and all kinds of personal use cannot be returned.
These include: soaps, candles, perfumes, cosmetics.
This is policy of ours is due t our conforming to hygiene regulations (Article 3 ιβ Law 2251 / 1994)
You can return products within 14 days from the day you received the order. Also the products should be in new condition, have not been worn, altered or washed.
You necessarily have to enclose the receipt in the returning package.
In cases 1, 2, & 3 MADNESS ACCESSORIES undertakes to cover the transfer cost.
In 4th case the new order should have the same or higher value from the order which replace and the transfer cost, cash on delivery and the difference arising from the new order must be paid from the customer.
