Delivery Information

How is the delivery made?

- Orders are send with freight company to the destination which you have filled in on the order form. The tracking number will be send by mail to you the day the parcel is given to the freight company. If you are not present on the day the courier comes to deliver the package they will leave a note so you can contact them.

Cost:

- The transfer cost is 2,50 euro.

- The delivery pay is 2.00 euro.

- These prices are only for Greece.\

How long does the delivery take?

- Greek Orders: The orders that are made Monday until Friday 12.30 pm are send the same day except on holidays. The orders that are made Friday after 12,30 pm, Saturday and Sunday are send on Monday. Deliveries (if all the products are available at the time) are completed within two working days to the big cities and four days to smaller cities, the islands and distant areas. The given delivery time is for example only and can be changed due to different situations. 

- International orders: The orders are send the next day the transfer has been completed. Deliveries (if all the products are available at the time) are usually completed within 7 working days .The given delivery time is for example only and can be changed due to different situations.
